The company has increased the number of production areas over time. Currently, “FAB” is known not only as a paint company, but also as a manufacturer of many construction-related products. The factories “FAB PAINT”, “POLYMERS”, “FABKİM”, “HILL FAN” , NEOTEK operate under “FAB Paint and Chemical Industry” LLC. In 2014, In 2015, the “FAB Academy” was established within the “FAB Paint and Chemical Industry” LLC. The first building of the Academy has 4 laboratories (Research and Development, Quality Control, Polymers, Ceramic Adhesives laboratories) equipped with the most modern measuring and testing equipment from Germany and England, a conference hall and a classroom. Various training and seminar programs are also held here to improve the qualifications and qualifications of secondary school students, students studying in higher education institutions, masters, as well as company employees. In 2015, the second building of the “FAB Academy” was put into operation. The quality of plastic products is controlled here based on modern standards. In 2016, the company introduced premium quality “MEGA Group” paints, which are products of “FAB Academy” and are manufactured based on German technology.
